Backflow Tester Finder publishes business names, phones, and addresses that already appear on public city or utility tester lists. Those pages also show the source URL and the list date.

The request form stores the name, email, phone, city, service, and message you submit. The claim form stores the listing, your name, email, phone, role, and note. The newsletter form stores your email. On this server those rows go to SQLite, or to MySQL when DATABASE_URL is a mysql:// connection string.

If RESEND_API_KEY and RESEND_FROM are set, the newsletter signup can send you a confirmation through Resend. Without those keys, the address is only stored. Payment buttons go to Stripe only after a Payment Link is configured. This site does not receive card numbers.

The site operator does not sell the form contents. Write privacy@example.com to ask what is stored for your address or to ask for a deletion from the site database. Deleting a row here does not change the city PDF it was copied from.
